Mind & Body: Mental and Physical Enrichment for Dogs

This Mind & Body seminar focuses on creating balance through intentional mental stimulation and purposeful physical movement. Dogs don’t just need exercise—they need opportunities to think, problem-solve, and move with awareness.

In this seminar, we’ll explore enrichment activities that engage the brain while honoring the dog’s body, helping prevent overstimulation, injury, and frustration. Through structured games and guided exercises, handlers will learn how to combine mental challenges with physical movement that encourages focus, coordination, confidence, and emotional regulation.

Participants will take part in interactive games that build:

• Mental engagement and problem-solving

• Body awareness and controlled movement

• Confidence and calm decision-making

• Stronger communication between dog and handler

This seminar is ideal for anyone looking to deepen their dog’s enrichment beyond “just exercise,” creating activities that support both mental wellness and physical health, because a balanced dog is a happier, more fulfilled dog.
